During the school year, ArtReach provides classes for a fee at local venues. Both the art supplies and instructors are provided by The Cultural Arts Center.

Our Reservation, Cancellation, and Travel Policy

Reservation Process:

Fill out the online class request (Pro tip: Most instructors have either Tuesday or Saturday availability).
Within one week, your organization will receive a Class Proposal Letter with all the details.

Final Payment: After the completed class, your organization will be invoiced with the final balance due. Please note that no credits or refunds will be issued to client-initiated cancellations.

Travel Policy:

If your venue is under 10 miles from The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, there is no travel fee.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate venues that are over 10 miles from The Cultural Arts Center.

Weather: If snow or weather create unsafe road conditions, the class will be canceled and ArtReach will gladly reschedule for a mutually agreeable date.
