Reservation Process:

• Fill out the online class request (Pro tip: Most instructors have either Tuesday or Saturday availability).
• Within one week, your organization will receive a Class Proposal Letter with all the details.
• Once your organization submits the $100 non-refundable deposit (applied to your final payment), the class reservation is confirmed. 

Deposit Options:

• To make a payment over the phone, call the front desk at 804-261-2787 (Mon-Fri 9-12 or 1-4). Please state that the deposit is for an ArtReach class. Provide the class date and ask them to notify ArtReach.
• Drop off a check in person at the front desk, making the check out to The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. On the envelope, write “ATTN: ArtReach Class.” Please include the date of the future class. Hours: Mon. – Thurs. 9am-9pm; Fri. & Sat. 9am-5pm; or Sun. noon-5pm.
• Mail a check to the following address: ATTN: ArtReach Class, 2880 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060.

Final Payment: After the completed class, your organization will be invoiced with the final balance due. Please note that no credits or refunds will be issued to client-initiated cancellations.

Travel Policy:

• If your venue is under 10 miles from The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, there is no travel fee.
• If your venue is over 10 miles from The Cultural Arts Center, there is a $45 flat travel fee. Any venue that is over 20 miles will be charged an additional $4 per mile.

Weather: If snow or weather create unsafe road conditions, the class will be canceled and ArtReach will gladly reschedule for a mutually agreeable date.
