Reservation: To confirm your requested date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit (applied to your final payment). This does not occur until after you receive a class proposal letter. To make a payment over the phone, call the front desk at 804-261-2787. Or drop off a check at the front desk of The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. Or mail a check to the following address:

Final payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week prior to the event. For late payments, there will either be a 10% inconvenience fee, or we reserve the right to cancel the event. No credits or refunds will be issued to client-initiated cancellations.

Travel Policy: If your venue is under 10 miles from The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, there is no charge for travel. If your venue is over 10 miles from The Cultural Arts Center, there is a$45 flat travel fee. Any venue that is over 20 miles will be charged an additional $4 per mile.

Weather: If snow or weather causes the roads to be unsafe, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. Credits and reschedules only for weather-related cancellations.
